很多人問我平常都做些什麼運動 So here we go. 除了重量訓練外,最近為了減脂,循環/間歇訓練是我做比較多的訓練,這種像CrossFit的運動組合可以用到比較多的肌群,消耗熱量跟燃脂效率也高,但還是要依照自己身體的狀況調整,有專業教練指導當然是更好的!
